Amiodarone is commonly prescribed anti-arrhythmic drug which can lead to thyroid dysfunction manifesting as either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. This clinical case of amiodarone induced thyrotoxicosis is being reported to highlight the challenges faced during its management.
